French cuisine for some see it crude.
Eating snails appear horribly lewd,
but well known in France,
its folk took a stance,
as the French cannot stand fast food.

Tried snail once when I was a child..never again, tasteless and chewy is what I remember, yuk! lol, Emilia : )

Hello Emilia ... I ate half a slug once. It was inside a spring onion stem. Funnily I never got a penchant to eat slugs or snails after that - thank you Emilia - Lindsay

Too cute Lindsay. I don't care for chasing my meal across the table either. That's why I like my meat very well done. If it's still fighting for it's life I'll just let it go. (or maybe take it home and make a pet out of it.) Loved this. God Bless, JB
