Slip Away
One day I’ll pull the plug inside of me
Then maybe, just maybe my worth you will see
You used to be full of life
After your mothers passing it cut you like a knife
Now every breath you take I watch you slip away
Its like you’ve gone astray
Your right, you’ve changed
It’s like your deranged
The life you once had in your eyes, is dead
It’s like the only life visible is if you bled
We once used to look so happy together
But now it’s like constant bad weather
But I wish you could believe
That change only happens if you allow it to achieve
