SLAINTE

Shamrocks
Guiness flows,
Laughing friends cheer,
Drums echo through the streets,
Sláinte!

The word sláinte in Irish or slàinte in Scottish Gaelic means "health." As a drinking toast it is common in Ireland, Scotland, and the Isle of Man. (Source: Wikipedia.com)
