Notes About The Poem

Skype Gripe

I only use Skype to contact my son
Yet my contacts list is now over run
So many men want to get to know me
I wonder what the reason can be
Each day I get messages by the score
I’m fed up with it, it’s becoming a bore
Some wear medals in all their glory
I’m sure they can tell me a great sob story
One was called Mark, but next day he was Harry!
I’ve had contacts from Tim and James and Barry
To all these guys back home in the USA
Get off my Skype - let ME have a nice day!

I’ve had 26 - (now 44) messages in 4 days one guy has used 3 (now 7) different names and different photos lol.  2 more ‘contacts’ popped up whilst typing this and now  I've had 17 'contacts' just today arghhhhhh

Delete works so well Hugs Edith Jan Allison April 21, 2016 at 6:47 AM It happens at least once a year mama bear - its pathetic they must be in some sort sad group who target people on skype and then move on ... especially the one who has posted 7 different names and photos but is the same man - he's not even attractive ha ha ha:-) I have no details or pic on the skype it is so irritating as every time I get a contact I think its my son and its just an internet troll. I wrote another poem .. ive fallen in love with the man of my dreams - that time they were all in uniform lol - all photoshot in a studio somewhere I guess lolhugs Jan xx

Even the pop-ups can be annoying when you're in the middle of looking at somethings and they will not go away or game ads that keep appearing. I clearly understood what you were stating and it was worth reading. Why does everyone think you are there for some kind of relationship, beats me. This was about a year before i met Mary. I do understand though how it can really get on your wick. I like the humour, as always, it actually helps bring across your message. Hopefully things will calm down soon, although, in saying that, there are a lot of idiots out there. Hugs....Mike. XX. I have no idea why these trolls are targeting my skype account but I do find it quite infuriating - it seems to go in cycles and I get a load of unwanted contacts and then it goes quiet for about 10 months then starts again:-( hugs Jan xx
