When gazing deep into your eyes
to see the beauty of your heart
I found the pain of many lies.
The night you tore my soul apart
yet still I cannot deny love

What can my mind be thinking of
you left me here with tears that choke

As with your friends, you shared the joke
how easy hearts can tear in two

For all the things, you made me do
you treated me as worthless dirt
