Sirus Wanted To Know About Day
Sirius knew she was the brightest star at night
But she wanted to know about daylight bright
Canis Major told her to go ahead and take a peek
They could get by without her Tuesday of the week
She did not feel a part of the constellation at all
When she rose in the day time so glorified and tall
I want to return to my night duty, she assured night sky god
he agreed with a joyful wink and a gentle nod.
