Oh! Little bird with plumage bright, Don’t move away from my sight. All the world lies still to listen to your joyful trill.

Happy, gentle poem with a bird as an ambassador swept me away to my bird watching foray. The photograph adds beauty and color. It won my heart.

Hi Valsa, What a cute Verse. Looks a little like one of our SOUTH AFRICAN BIRDS, I saw it on the cover of a magazine at the doctors waiting rooms so took a picture. The orange is on his back and beak though, but I thought it was also cute, so took a pic.. HUGS AND BLESSINGS, Jennifer.

Dear Valsa, So Beautiful!! I think the line "All the world lies still to listen to your joyful trill" is breathtaking. It really captures the idea that even in a busy world, there are moments when everything seems to pause, and all that matters is the beauty of the present. I love how the bird's song becomes a universal language, understood and appreciated by all. Amen, My Sister! Spring Blessings, My Dear Friend, Daniel

Hello Valsa, both picture and words are beautiful. This is such a lovely piece. Makes me inpatient for Spring’s arrival to hear the birds singing. Have a wonderful day, my friend.

Awwn what a beautiful verse, can almost imagine someone sing this to the birdie, and your quote is so true, even the hardest hearts soften to the birdsongs, unless they are too loud than it gets a bit too muchS haha: especially my family macaws they scream/ not sing/ haha Pleasure reading this gem! In three lines youv said so much. Best wishes always
