Sing Ladybird Sing
I hear birds sing
Beautifully they sing
With bliss they cheer the sun as it rises from the mountains
I hear them sing every hour of the morning
With confidence they sing their different melodies
Summer or winter spring or autumn
Still they sing
their music well tuned it has my ears open all the time
Their tone so smooth it shoots sleep out of the bed
I hear that they sing with perfection and beauty
And still I don't know why they sing
Still I hear them sing with so much beauty and confidence
Then I wonder if they have a stage or an audience
Or they just sing for the bliss of it.
