Since I Met You
I can’t argue with your voodoo
it’s become so difficult to do;
Haunted by your face,
your eyes make my heart race;
No, I haven’t slept since I met you;
Hard to breathe when the Sun comes up
hiding the long night with makeup;
Haunted by your face,
your eyes make my heart race;
Slowly sipping that coffee cup;
Living, chasing the next moment
shocked by this electric current;
Haunted by your face,
your eyes make my heart race;
I’m no match for your fire so potent;
Over and over I feel what you do,
All I want is for you to continue;
Haunted by your face,
your eyes make my heart race;
No, I haven’t slept since I met you.
