Since I Knew You

Just a few days spent since I know you
I don’t have any doubt
I asked for a direction
Though all year long
I have lurked in darkness
No guide, no way out
When I look at your face
My heart leaps in excitement
An indescribable joy reigns all through
I see a future most desirable
A future sought after
So glorious and exciting
It would be very great
Only if the firsts things are done
If every step is taken
At the cue of the director
And the script writer

Who knows the end
Before it all began.
