Notes About The Poem

I love all types of spaghetti from the basic meat and marinara sauce type to Alfredo or Fettuccini. The easiest one of all is this one here. Basically you are just throwing in a few things over the cooked pasta and it's done! There are countless recipes online that give you lots of other optional ingredients to add in. Without even using white sauce you can make it taste so nice and buttery.

Bacon Carbonara - The Country Cook

Simple White Spaghetti

Sans white sauce, just melt butter,
stirring garlic salt
and grated parmesan right
into your pasta.
It’s extra yummy
with bacon
bits!

A tasty dish for sure Andrea, I'd leave out the garlic though, I'm the only one in our family that detests it. I must have been a vampire in a past life lol. Tom

I read this when I clicked on sample poems (or whatever) and it made me hungry then, just as it does now. You won't like it, but it'd be great with asparagus. I think I'm the only one who wrote about something despised. (that I've seen)

Yes you just boil spaghetti and put butter, salt, cheese, etc in there. I have other fast recipes and could hardly decide which to write about.
