Simple, Perfect, Finished Work

A shallow heart so lonely,
bound by sorrow and sin;
is weary, worn and lost ~

A seeking darkness in woe,
travels amid the gloom;
lodging there making that heart it's dwelling ~

A Saviour and friend in love,
encompasses the heart with care;
giving joy in place of sorrow ~

A shedding light amongst the darkness,
filling each void with Mercy and Grace;
claiming the heart which was lost and is found ~

A salvation so sure and secure,
lives within the heart eternally;
forever and forever, Jesus is there!
