Silver Stud
Once upon a silver stud
There lie a speck of dust
Twas on this leather jacket
with many, many more
Tens into hundreds
This one stood out as rebel
With dust, just dust
bringing down house value
This stud would stand alone
The dull within the gleam
Of the leather studded sleeve
No polish nor spray
Nor quick dust remover
Could affect this little stud
So one bleak day
It was thrown away
And as the stud
Brushed the garbage side
The dust was brushed away
