Silver Linings

Every cloud needs a Silver Lining – though, my preference leans more toward gold: as sunlight, clinging to the inside of a wave, opening my eyes to deeper transparency Eyes – what do they really show us? God thought them necessary enough – though I have conjured better visions when they have failed me – closing my mind to tragedies and their lingering ghosts greater love needing no particular face nor form –
