Silver Cage

Take me from these silver bars, scratched by the thousands of desperate hands, the ground muddy with tears. Ringing with sobbing cries. caged in this tomb of unwanted ties Encasing millions before, never to be released those of a slowly breaking heart. Countless crying eyes have peered through the space, watching their love walk, in the hands of another. Please don't let these silver bars close around me. Don't leave me in my empty prison Take my hand before its too late! Take me from this silver cage. The cage of a slowly shattering heart.
