Silent Psalm

"Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be acceptable in Your sight, Oh LORD, my strength and my Redemeer." NKJV.

Grace whispers a psalm of kindness and love
baptizing spirits in joy, hope and peace
reminding hearts of the light from above
assuring souls that wonders never cease

Mercy silences doubt, dread and darkness
whispering faith through the optimistic
craving simplicity with its starkness
longing for fine pleasures, altruistic

Prayers of praise quiet all the worry
everything on earth feels magnificent
light falls softly, always in a hurry
violating the night, munificent

Morning glows in splendor I can’t think of
Grace whispers a psalm of kindness and love
