Silent Preacher

SILENT PREACHER He got no god and not much faith Not even a prayer even before he sleeps Yet, he is good. He harms no one. He feeds himself his daughter and his sons. Without a mess, he does just to his business To everyone he treat giving no headaches Oh! how kind is he! He is a man His is the heart who knows how to love His arms wide open not choosing any one He freely shares himself to many and one He knows no verses , owns no Bible Neither a prophet but readily speaks the truth I wonder how, what makes a real man? Is it his faith or is it himself? Look at this man, he not a pastor nor a priest But can you hear.... there's a preacher in his deeds. ©O.E. What a courageous take on a not-often-spoke-of topic! The Bible says that the law is written on the fleshy tables of the heart, and that you shall know the tree by its fruits. Were it a requirement for a man to own a Bible for salvation then many a good soul would be lost. It says to teach the gospel amongst all nations so as to spread the love of the truth... but I believe there are many that have this love in them already, if we are truly made in God's image. Excellent topic and splendid poem!

In the Bible's New Testament there is a book called James which states that faith without works is dead..Your father or husband of whom you speak reads like a fine man who tries to live the right way and that is good..Great topic for a winning work..Way to go ..Congrats..Sara

Nowadays, our world gets darker and darker. it's sad that at times, the wrong notions and practice bout religion is the cause of such.. but anyhow it is, indeed the greatest documentation of evaluation we can have about what we are hearing from any scriptures are our actions.. of how we had lived.. :)!
