Silent Pain
HEART beating so very fast
Chest feeling tight.
Cold sweat in the day
Nightmares in the night.
Screaming coming from within
But no sound coming out.
Why must I hold it in
Why can't I just shout.
But the pain is mine and mine Alone
It drives me to despair
I'm told to tell someone but it's to much
Pain to share.
