Silenced By Awe

mouth unable to form words
     then sounds of desperation
inspired by wisdoms presence
     awestruck I retreat into silence

Greetings, Bill! This is a perfect description -so visual - and it captures that sense of verbal inertia all of us feel at times like this when with those precious moments of "aha" wisdom happen! This is a fav for me! Well done my Lone Star friend! Blessings of summer joy to you!

Thank you for the summer blessings, my friend. When I'm talking to my wife and she gets that look like this is unreal, I always say this is coming from someone or something beyond my understanding. We both smile and move on in our blissful state of mind. Smiles ~ Blessings, Sam A poet friend in Texas, Bill
