Silence of Silences

Silence can be:
                  Sinister,
                   winding.
                   threatening...
                   To fear,
                   wish to die,
                    to kill... !
                    Silence
                     in-depth,
                     buried,
                      terrifying ...!
                      Silence of the innocents,
                      from the tombs,
                      of the guilty ...
                       I prefer the silence
                       from the sea ...
                       Of the calm love,
                       soft silence
                       of the two of us ...!

Whether sea, river, ocean or lake or streams. When a couple are together by the water they hear the silence first. then slowly hear the peaceful sound of the water rushing to the shore. Salute Darlene
