Silence

It's time for silence... but a piercing voice rolls through the valleys It pitches unseen through lifted eyebrows And winds around a cry for lost trinkets dispersed in sandy winds It rings like chimes, until there is no wind Just whimpers of everything previously loved, and now split in two... Recounted laughs, Wondrous mornings taken for granted and now renamed New days so unlike the ones delivered Strung upon strips of fading praise Robes hanging on deprived shapes Assuming a static brace, and a skeletal pose Aroused incisions stake boundaries for this silence... Unseen by the insane shrill, Reminding each day that anarchy requires peace for its absolution, Silence...a tideless blue sea ...fading voices and succumbing numbness
