Silence
Lost in mind
Beautiful is the word
Longing to be heard
Searching wide for an ear
Someone that will just hear
The words that's flow
Such love they show
Pure emotions written with an open heart
To be heard is the only want
The visions sometimes haunt
Can't get them out of the head
The words get wrote down instead
Lost in a world of words tumbling around inside
Can't get free
Everything saw
Has this flaw.
None of it real
Can you not feel
Silence in my mind
I can never find
Changing words so bad
Into something sad
Or maybe making one happy with this word or that if it's placed right
Can you see the light
Words running full flight
Across the brain
So insane
Sometimes I get
Lost
My sanity the cost
Trying to pull out of the word
My cries go unheard
My way I can't find
Afraid I'll get left in my mind
Not so beautiful any more is the word
While going unheard.
Fighting to find a way out
I shout I scream
While lost in this wake dream
Scarier than it may seem
Lost in my head
filled with dread
The blessings become a curse
It gets worse
For help I ask
Nobody up to the task
To pull me out
No matter how loud I shout
I want to cry
My words start to fly
So I can't make them stop
They pile in top
Till I lose my way
One day I may stay
Lost in my mind
Getting left behind
Cause I can't find
My way free
From all the words I see
