Sign of the Cross

English
In the name of the (Eternal) Father, and of the (Eternal) Son and of the (Eternal) Holy Spirit   Amen.

Left arm paralyzed or disabled- use your right arm

In the name of the (Eternal) Father- right Hand – Right arm Touch your forehead
And of the (Eternal) Son – Right arm on your heart (signifying the breast) or your stomach
And of the (Eternal) Holy-touch the left shoulder
Spirit – (then touch your) right shoulder

Amen – Right arm touch your chin or your lips

Right arm paralyzed or disabled- use your left arm

In the name of the (Eternal) Father- Left arm touch your forehead
