Sign of Peace
A symbol I saw in a fence one day.
While I'm on journey to my working place.
The sign that symbolizes peace.
Caught my attention I couldn't resist.
My thoughts haunted by the scene,
Happened long time ago when I was teen.
Too many people came across the street.
Expressing their hunger for freedom and peace.
There came a riot,so many lives have gone.
Women, children and nuns came together as one.
Millions of crowd demand for their right.
A better world, an equal life.
But our world is now a big disgrace.
Too many people die in every place.
A paradise that was once appearred.
Has lost with the hands of terrorists.
Everytime I see this bird on sky.
A flying dove with a leaf of palm.
I can't help not to protest on my mind.
Why must it need life to sacrifice.
I hope someday our world will turn.
The same as it was like yesteryears.
No hunger and chaos,an eyes with tears.
A peaceful paradise on Earth we live.
