On our beaches and parks you are fined if you don't Scoop the poop - could make a whole poem of 3 or 4 verses of it - loved it! Hugs, Jennifer.

Oh, the fines are on the books here too in Chicago. Enforcement is incredibly lax, however. So we step carefully! :) gw
