Shotgun Notice

They came to claim their intentions

They came to take our land

They came with great expectations

They thought that they could tie our hands.

With money and promise of a new home

They thought that our lives, our history, our happiness, our security could be bought.

But, as you can see by the smoke from the barrel of this shotgun

They were clearly wrong with that thought.
