Short Yet Fiercely Lived

Things seem different This spring The same sakura petals Heart shaped Short lived But There is something breathtaking About a short yet fiercely Lived existence One of the things that don’t change every year A sense of relief Living in a time of unease In the air of spring In an age of advancements Close yet so far away Sitting in solitude As the Spring turns into summer When we leave our doors Each and everyone of us Will be together As one and all And all for one
