Short Cut Many wear Lycra as clothing for sweaty display and for fashion yet in this post-modern world I sport retro with ultimate passion No need to retrieve my gear from nostalgic attics of long lost time running for fitness and pleasure stems from old fashioned paradigm Healthy mind in healthy body do not require micro fibre bubbles no sports bra for man boobs no logos when jumping through puddles ‘Just do it’ I posit life is no stage no statement but rather for fun my ragged torn shorts will suffice please admire my legs and my run Ideally I wished to naturally perspire and perform in the nude but I guess despite my glorious curves some might consider it rude When exhaustion sets in and my muscles and mind are on fire I settle for what’s in the dresser and not how some judge my attire 14th May 2017

Thank you Maureen. I am trying to get back into jogging. My manic marathon days are way over and now it is one step at a time. smoking three or four a day does not help, but the clothes are okay. Many wishes, Kai
