Shining Days
When shining days are closing down,
As darkness trample upon your future
Happiness fading gradually
Like tree shedding its leaves
Nights tormenting like flies
As sorrow marches on your path
Birds singing sad songs
And friends busy like bees;
When shining days are closing down,
As darkness penetrate your defenses
Making you doubt core of existent
And thinking your world is falling apart
Until stranger knocks on your door
Enlightening you like mighty warrior
To dream fulfilling dreams
Continue building the tower
Determined and inspiring
Like ants in their lifetime mission.
When shining days are opening up,
Sun coming from the horizon
Mornings different from ever before
And nights becoming celebrations
While waiting for tommorrow again;
When shining days comes alive,
Sensing propitious moments
Messengers bringing good news
And life becoming meaningful
As you witness seeds of peace,
Joy and happiness growing in your path
