She's Worth More
I tell her I'm there for her
She says she knows
But does she?
How will I ever understand
Her happiness is important
She is important
Her heart is important
I don't want it broken
She's worth more than a broken heart
She's worth more than a teary face
She's worth more than closed eyes
I sit in the silence
I think about her
As I write my poems
I get of topic
I will always be there
I will never back down
I will show up
When everyone quits
I will never quit on you
When people leave
I will stay with you
