Shed a Tear

I shed a tear... Each morning I open my eyes and get ready to wake you up. I clear my eyes and shed a tear. I make me tea you coffee. I shed a tear. I tell you it's time to wake up it's time to start your day. I shed a tear. I pull you up place the walker there for you to grab. I shed a tear. Throughout the day your eyes are lost. You no longer want to move. No longer want to be here the pain is over for you. I'm still here. I still make my tea no coffee. I still wake up each day and remember you my mother my pain is still here. I shed a tear.
