She Stops Writing Poems

Written on July 09,2015 11:11 AM

And then she stops writing poems
Not because she's lonely
But because there's this someone she can speak to,
with everything that's running on her mind

And then he listens carefully,
in every word that comes out on her lips,
He looked at her with the sweetest smile,
anyone could give

So she realized she won't write any poems
Not because she's tired
But because the reason she's writing a poem,
is smiling in front of her

And that's the best thing about poems,
Not only to be written but to be heard by the ones we love
