She Loved One

She could feel it in her bones.

Chills promising her she would

would never be alone.

I cried the night he left, he

just went away leaving me with

a scar of sweet memories. I held

him dear to me he was the only one

who I had led to my heart and opened

the door.

He didn't deserve it, oh no he didn't

But he was the one she loved and as the

tears dropped she turned to stone.
