She Grew Tired of Being Yelled At At Work
She’d tired of being yelled at,
At work throughout the day,
She’d tired of the boss never listening,
To the ideas she had to say.
You see, her opinions were fine, and
Her thoughts were perfectly sound,
Actually her ideas for improvement,
Were bordering on profound,
But her boss ignored them, he berated,
And yelled her to the floor,
And she had simply given up,
Her thoughts walking out the door.
She’d tired of not having a voice,
She decided to simply stop,
She decided to be a mannequin,
Be the object in the shop.
