She Got Me Tongue Twisted

She’s Got Me Tongue Twisted
By: Emmanuel Ochan Nyeko
This girl, what can I say when I’m dreaming all day; Trying to speak to her and say hey; but these words are all lame; With the skies all grey, she lightens up that haze, Oh my now I’m tongue twisted….. What’s next, get hitched no stress, Or get ditched in distress Gosh this Damsel got me all stressed! I want her to be more than my mistress, Ferocious, glamoured and she’s in a dress; Ohhlalaaa what to do next, Grab her then text like its no test. Oh Gosh, now I feel so vexed. And I’m mumbling like I’m hexed Oh gawd she got me tongue twisted! Do I think I’m the best, Because she chose to see me next Or am I just another pen, To be chewed, thrown and lent; Oh why, please why me, It feels like quicksand and I’m sliding ! Oh my you’ve got me wildin… Gosh she got me tongue twisted..

Heh, so that's what lovesick does to someone. Painful, lovely, and it inspires to write beautiful poems. Welcome to PoetrySoup :)
