She

AGONY

                                                Just
                                               to stare
                                             in despair!
                                           Bare look! No trust.
                                             Even not to dare
                                        to protest, but to bear
                                          a horrible holocaust.
                                      Helpless witness! Useless prayer.
                                     Miserable destruction to glare.
                                   As if her heart could violently burst.
