She

She inhabits every corner of my mind, like wild spring flowers overtaking the meadow, she consumes me, yet she doesn't know that my heart yearns for her love, my arms ache for her soft embrace and my lips long to taste every inch of her, but she can't know this, must never know this for if she did I would lose my best friend, my soul mate, my reason to wake every morning and make it through the day. this is my first attempt, feedback would be appriciated

by the way, this is a good attempt at free verse. But, you might want to look up the form. I really don't know what this would fall under, perhaps verse alone. however, it is a good poem on SHE
