close your eyes my love
those two shutters are need not
I believe you are a lone jugernaut
that I love to call january
and there is no life in purgatory
so I will shatter your belief
for I do not believe in it
so please open your heart
one valve at a time
for time slips away with each chime
so prepare yourself and smooth the sand
and be prepared to take a stand
your mental state is a dark refrain
an ugly melodrama inate in your brain
and drowning in dementia
for as far as beliefs go
I will shatter the latter belief
that the latter belief will not shatter
