I also encourage my dear friends and relatives to write poems by recommending a good poetry site and poetry group at facebook. Eight years ago, I invited a friend here at poetrysoup. She couldn't register, so she gave me her account name and a password and I created one for her in this site. Then, a second cousin of mine has requested me to help her create an account here during my vacation back home in my country. I've also created accounts for my nieces at poetry fbs. So far, I got 2 nieces who dearly love writing poetry and kept on posting at fb. I also keep on encouraging friends and students to paint and play musical instruments by teaching them the basics.
