Shapeless Void
I sit here without you,
Longing to feel whole—
A gaping void left wide open,
No shape fits the role.
A cloud’s silver lining,
Just a glimpse in the sky,
Mere minutes, and it was over—
You vanished; was it all a lie?
Your presence, your scent,
A fleeting shadow’s embrace—
Echoes of what once was,
A glimpse of a brighter place.
Now just a ghost lingering,
A haunting, private hell,
A reminder of what we could have had,
In silence, I dwell.
