Shape of Water - Updated

My shape is foreign and often hard to define I am immortal, infinitely in a constant, repeating cycle, Ice, water, air, I’m the first thing you need for survival You search for me in hidden creeks and majestic waterfalls, You find me as raindrops, morning dew, or even hail balls I am essential, the very cause and reason you’re alive, I float and mix in your veins and allow you to thrive You are full of me, at least sixty percent composed, You are one with me, from your head to your toes I am everything, I become anything you put me in, Whether the material be plastic, glass, or even tin You freeze me into cubes or mix me into recipes, You use me as an ingredient, a simple necessity I am water, something you take for granted these days, But my shape is so exciting since it comes in many ways.
