Shall We Dance
my thoughts are loud
my screams are silent
as I peer through a broken windowpane
you prance in the foyer while playing taps
upside a blood-stained wall
your revelations penetrate the rooftop
my dreams of happiness
have lost their glow
a skeleton of forgotten origin
undresses at our front door
