Shadows Play

Shadows Play

^A^ngel was standing there
it was no trick of light.
I saw the angel move he was there;
but hidden from the night.
I saw the spirit in the darkness,
and it humbled me,
now I will have less fear,for GOD
 is watching over me.
^A^ngel was standing there,
a shadow at his play.
I was waiting for the day:
waiting for the light.
I saw him move.
It must have been
the tip of his sword;
reflecting light;
a shadow in my night.
^A^ngel.
