Shadows of the Night

Children beware,
as the figure moves
silently in the shadow,
of the moon.
Children beware,
of the shadows,
that are near.
For the sky,
grows hazy,
with each passing
hour of fear.
So secret,
is the night,
while shadows,
lurk everywhere.
Children beware,
for until,
the break of dawn,
shadows of the night,
will appear everywhere.
