Shadow's Light
SHADOW'S LIGHT
Softly hold
this morning sight,
As night returns
her song,
Amongst elder
spirits flight
Journeys far
and long.
Silent words
unfold the night
And pray
they be not wrong.
Shadow burns
its final light.
Its' endless
twilight song.
Shadow haunts
an empty heart.
Same emptiness
beyond this sight.
Empty thoughts,
doubts to part,
Clinging one less
time in fright;
Grasping for more
time to start..
Rage then anger,
one last might.
Lost within
a fearful heart,
Hidden within
Shadow's Light
