This we know all too well, yet we still nourish the monster. And all we need is the simplest of things to banish this beast, which we long to liberate. Welcome solitude, clear your mind, peek inside and witness the radiance of your core. Raise the veil from your eyes for true happiness is not out there. It has been present all along, stirring within. Don’t fight the darkness, turn on the light. We are not hollow, no we are not. We are brilliant, we are vivid, we are bright.
