I don't often think of gold having shades. Wonderful, creative picture, Jenna. Having lived in the mountains, I am very familiar with those "nimbus disruptions!" Nice turn. Congratulations on your winning placement.

This is great Jenna. I find it beautiful and realistic. The weather can change so abruptly in the mountains. I really enjoyed it!

I love to see gold in nature, usually it comes in connection to sunrise and sunset. Great ending in this one. You have a real gift with haiku. GL in the contest, Jenna.
