Serendipity With a Capital S

I took seventeen girl scouts sledding on January 21st, 1979,
But I only went down on the sled twice.
You don’t remember that!
Yes, I do.

No, you don’t!
Yes, I really really really really really do.
To make these really’s totally effective you have to stick out your tongue at the end of this.

You do NOT remember THIS DATE after 38 years.
Yes, I do.
How do you remember it? Was it your birthday?
No.
Was it someone else’s birthday?
No.

My husband is exasperated by now, because
We are ruining the ending of his T.V. Show.
He yells in from the living room,
“She had Susie the very next day!”

Susie, our third baby, is a girl scout troop leader for two girl scout troops
And that my friends, is what I call Serendipity.

Thank you, Michelle. I'm much better on paper than in person, believe me!
