Sequence-Masquarade

in the shadow of yesteryear-
                                       distortions paralyse to-day's dream
whispered rumours of true things-
                                       drown in the shallows of egos' hubbub
and hidden,almost invisible-
                                      wait prurience,cloaked in desire
