SEPTEMBER FALLS

Silhouette of golden sun rays Embraced by melodic moon Pulling off this dance by day Till seducing nights like groom Elegant draft spilling colorful leaf Mahogany trees bend in wind Bathing in daily blue breeze Eve chills that seem not to end Ready for your pumpkin spice Fast from summer’s abuse Alluring amber hearts that fly Love is a hot call for a truce Lullaby of leaves falls from trees September sings soft to me

Dear Karen, the lilting beauty of your autumn verse is elegant. I especially enjoyed "Elegant draft spilling colorful leaf/Mahogany trees bend in wind" and "Lullaby of leaves falls from trees/September sings soft to me" - wow! September sings soft to me too. Your golden pen shines, my creative friend! Congratulations for your success in Andrea's contest. Warmest wishes.. ~Susan

Incredible. I feel the smoothness of your acrostic, and it is still written with splendid meaning. You are a marvel. Hugs.

Lovely acrostic Karen, you can edit it on your phone, won't let me show you the punctuation marks. Go to my poems in members section and click edit At the start of your poem put an angle bracket then b then close it with an angle bracket At the end of your poem an angle bracket then b then forward slash then close it with an angle bracket, then update poem. It will now be in bold. You'll see the symbols when you go to edit my poem. Any problems soupmail me. Tom

Just looked at the contest only the first letter in each sentence has to be in bold not the whole poem. So do each letter and work your way down
